Dont Use The Wedding Mall My daughter chose the wedding mall to do her entire wedding.We chose an expensive photo package alone with all the other things they offered.They lost all the reception pictures and everything after.And the ones we did get were not of any quality,like they said they would be and we never got all the things we paid for.cuz the pics were missing,and couldnt do them.He offered no refund for them or for all the pics they lost.The ones we did get,there were 3-4 copies of alot of them to make up for the o... read more
NEVER GO HERE WORST PLACE EVER!!! VITO THE OWNER STOLE 800 DOLLARS FROM US. He was nice until we signed a contract then he hasnt emailed us back in 3 months, I email him every day!!! We paid 800 dollars for a depoist and he kept it and wont follow through!! NEVER NEVER GO THERE WORST PLACE EVER
got a great dress... I tried on several dresses, almost all of which I loved. Then my consultant brought out THE ONE! I was there for several hours with my entire family. Everyone was very pateint and accomdating, even taking us to a larger area so we could all fit into one private area. I can't wait for my December wedding!
Best So Far! I have only been to three or four bridal stores, but The Wedding Mall has been by far the easiest to work with. I am a plus size bride and have not been treated that well at some of the stores I have gone to locally. The Wedding Mall did not make me feel bad about my size, and they even had a good variety of plus size dresses. I would recommend this store to anyone!
BRIDE'S BEWARE! Please stay away from this place! One of my friends and I stopped by there one afternoon to look at bridal gowns for my upcoming wedding. After filling out an information sheet, this rude service girl had us sit at a bench while we looked through binders of wedding gown pictures. I was trying to explain to her that I knew what style I wanted to try on, but she insisted that I write down numbers from these pictures. Great Customer Service! The Wedding Mall had 3 awesome ladies working that assisted me and my bridesmaids to find the perfect dresses for my wedding day. Not only did I get my dream wedding dress at a great sale price but we also got all of our bridesmaid dresses from there. When the bridesmaids dresses came in they all fit the girls great!! Because they do group discounts on both bridesmaids and groomsmen, everyone was able to save some money! My fiance had 7 groomsmen in his wedding, so my fiance got his tux for free. Lash... read more
Amazing store! I just LOVED the wedding mall. They really are so helpful. They helped me find my dream dress. They also did my photo, video and DJ. My day could not have been more perfect. Thanks to the Wedding Mall.
So Wonderful! i had the best experience at the wedding mall!! the sales girls were soo helpful and sweet. they helped me pick out my bridesmaids dresses and were so knowledgable. they were life savors! i didnt know they had photography as well and they showed me the most beautiful photos of weddings they had done and i ended up booking my photos with them!! i love the wedding mall and i definitely reccomend them!
