Sent defective merchandise,so I've had to order a second set, then they've lost the prescription, did not communicate with me , but took the money anyway. Now they refuse to admit they dropped the ball and I must wait 2-4 weeks to get a refund for returning their lousy product. This is one of the worst companies I've dealt with online and I do order online products constantly, from batteries to gear. If you are reading this, save yourself time,money and aggravation and do not do business with such a lousy company

My order was allegedly placed twice. Although I only have one email confirmation for one order number, I was told it was placed twice as it charged my bank and caused an overdraft fee. Both were refunded, but I could have done without the hassle.
