Process was seamless. Awesome site.
I placed an order for 1 set of contacts and they sent me 2 separate orders for the exact same set of contacts. I was charged twice and received 2 identical orders. The orders were only 1 off in order number. 1208415 and 1208416. I did not enter my credit card info twice or submit two orders. I guess they figure people will be to lazy to mess with returning the extra order. I am going to call to get return information and a refund for the second order.
