I placed my order on December 4, 2018. Scheduled delivery was by end of day on December 10. Today it is December 14 and the contacts still have not been delivered. I contacted the customer support service and was told that if the package had not been received by December 18, I would be issued a new shipment. Maybe this is due to the Christmas rush, but I am not satisfied with the service.
Easy to order. Prices are great. I'll continue to use the company.
This transaction was flawless! I uploaded a picture of my prescription on a Monday and my contacts were delivered on Thursday of the same week! Will definitely use them on my next order!

The time it takes between placing your order and delivery when you pay for express exceeds the “3” day arrival. I’m a repeat customer who refers this Company and its service to others. It would preferable if The Company would expedythe delivery with exploiting the loyal customers. It’s not the only company that sells contact lenses or offers this type of service. Thank you for contacting WebEyeCare. This order was placed on December 4th at 12:52pm. As a returning customer it should be well known as it is listed on our site that we have a 1pm EST shipping cut off. Understandably an order placed 8 minutes before our shipping cut off was not going to ship that day. The order was verified on December 5th and shipped on December 6th.
