The time it takes between placing your order and delivery when you pay for express exceeds the “3” day arrival. I’m a repeat customer who refers this Company and its service to others. It would preferable if The Company would expedythe delivery with exploiting the loyal customers. It’s not the only company that sells contact lenses or offers this type of service. Thank you for contacting WebEyeCare. This order was placed on December 4th at 12:52pm. As a returning customer it should be well known as it is listed on our site that we have a 1pm EST shipping cut off. Understandably an order placed 8 minutes before our shipping cut off was not going to ship that day. The order was verified on December 5th and shipped on December 6th. Reasonable price! Delivery was fast...would have liked it better had shipping been FREE! Normally I won't order online unless there's free shipping.
