Placed an online order through the website and upon finalizing the order, I realized I ordered the wrong quantity and that I had forgot to use my FSA credit card. After looking through the website to see how to cancel an order, I sent an email as instructed within five minutes of ordering, requesting to cancel so that I could reorder the right quantity and change my payment type. Great, but I needed help in applying my rewards that did not apply to my order. I called and sent an email only to receive a voicemail saying, sorry have to wait until next order. That’s not ok. I called and emailed not even 5 minutes after placing order and seeing rewards were not applied. I have no idea why they were not applied and expressed that, but WebEyecare could not and would not apply to rewards awarded to me to my existing order. Other than this it is a nice company.
