Dr. Bloom and staff made our first visit so relaxing. My husband and I felt at ease and genuinely cared for. Our past eye Doctor/office made us feel like just a number. So happy we found Weber Vision Care, we recommend them highly �
This is the only "Doctor" visit I look forward to, and it's with Dr. Darcy Williams. My husband Carl and I were here today and I'll be bringing my parents next Friday. She's wonderful, as is all the staff. Thanks for such great service, and for all your patience when you ask me, "Which one is better, Number 1 or Number 2".
While I like the Dr, I'm disappointed with the glasses side. They continue to pre-authorize glasses for our boys when we do a visit ... then don't release the authorization after we decline to buy. This last time they even submitted for glasses and got them paid for by our insurance. .. even though we did not buy them.
Dr. Williams is a great Dr. She worked with me endlessly to get contacts to work for me :)
