I don't see it – I have visited quite a few steakhouses around the area and I see no reason to go back here again. Some things may vary depending on the day you go. We had a bad server and were seated in a VERY cold part of the restraunt. However the steaks just weren't up to par. Maybe the burgers are great but I can tell you I have gotten much better steak down the road at Gibsons or Wildfire.
A Huge Disappointment – I expected great things. I got a so-so steak, basic salad, so-so potato, and an Osco-quality wine list. This should be one of the city's best, but it has a long way to go...
Long wait on a Saturday – Without reservations on a Saturday evening, there was a 1.5 hour wait. It was the week before Valentine's day, so I thought it might have been exceptionally long, but the man seating us said a 2 hour or more wait is more typical. Even the bar was three people deep to get a drink before dinner. We went across the lobby of the adjoining hotel to get drinks there! The steaks were worth the wait, though! Cafeteria style – The only thing that is good - hamburgers. The atmosphere of this place is giant cafeteria, no charm.
caveat emptor – We were seated right away and then ignored. After waiting for a long time, we called over to the hostess and informed her that we had not received menus, water, drink offer or anything. She explained that our waiter was extremely busy. The restaurant was not busy as evidenced by our quick seating. Food was cold and slow and no apologies offered.
Waste – The burger is so dry and overpriced fries were soggy and no ketchup
good BBQ – The Weber Grill is a nice place to go if you're in the mood for a grilled steak and don't feel like dragging out the grill at home. The steak was very good and grilled to perfection. The sides were tasty but the grilled asparagus tasted a little too grilled for my liking. I couldn't help but think that I could have done the grilling at home for a fraction of the price.
Love it! – Before we had kids, we used to make it a point to eat here on special occasions. Now, we have to make arrangements to eat there alone. It's small and cozy, and the food is GREAT!!
Noisy but nice – The biggest drawback was the noise level;this is not unique to Weber,however. The waitstaff was very efficient,and knowledgeable about th menu,answering all questions,anticipating our needs.
