so so – Nothing special here. All the meat tastes the same from the Weber grill cooking. Might as well stay home.
Expected much more – I would have expected much more from a name synonymous with grilling. I wont take away from the friendly service and helfpul staff; but the steaks were dry and the food overall lacked in flavor. Too many good places to eat in Chicago, not worth the novelty.
To Good To Be True – The Weber Grill offers the very BEST BBQ Meatloaf and Burgers around ANYWHERE> ( excellent steaks too) Not to mention the excellent Garlic Mashed potatoes..... NOT WORTH YOUR TIME – Well I took my family to the grill on new years eve at around 5pm. The food was so bad( no taste what so ever) that I will never return.
Better than the backyard versions! – The Weber Grill is truly worth a must see when visiting the Windy City! The food was done to perfection and the ambiance was definitely a worthy grilling experience to remember! I am recomending this resturant to everyone who visits Chicago!
Yuck – It's a cute concept but I expected my dinner to taste fresh off the barbaque grill and it didn't at all. Maybe I ordered the wrong item, but we really weren't impressed at all with this restaurant. Service wasn't great, the food wasn't worth its price and offered nothing unusual.
Average – The youth waiters and lack of professionalism deter from the ambiance of the restaurant.
Sweet Potato Heaven – During a buisness trip to Chicago the hotel recommended the Weber Grill. I am so glad they did. NEVER pass up a chance to try the sweet potato's. The manager of the location off Dearborn where I ate told me the sauce was an old family recipe his grandmother gave him.....Melted butter and Brown sugar. The lamb was divine and everything is cooked over hot coles on giant Weber grills (made just outside of Chicago).
Rated Wrong – my personal experiece @ weber was not great, unlike their grills. The host was slow and the food was not anything special. The local bar on clark street has 10 times better food than here. Only thing that somewhat made up for everything was our nice waiter. I personally would not return, so spend your dollars elsewhere. Also it was too loud with with the live music, really lowering the ambience level to nill.
