Like a country club, but... – Weber Grill reminds me of a country club restaurant...comfortable intimate surroundings, very nice, with a more casual menu, nothing too fancy. The food is good, however, I don't think Weber Grill is anywhere near a "Top 10" in Chicago. While consistently good, I have never been overly delighted with the food, it's pretty standard fare. Not sure what, but something is always missing.

A Fine Steakhouse Alternative – I've been eating at Weber Grill for 10 years, shamelessly relishing every bite of charry, carcinogenic goodness. I think Weber provides the "Chicago Steakhouse Experience" at half the cost of those other, more routinely vaunted beef palaces. And to my taste the Weber grilling method produces a juicier and better tasting steak. Please! – The staff was extremely rude and inefficient and food was mediocre. Stay home.
Fun and unique! – Came from Philly to take our son and girlfriend to dinner...they picked the spot and we have been telling everyone about it. I hope they open one in Philadelphia soon...it puts snobby Mortons and Ruth's Chris to shame!

Weber Grill is another Trap – The ranking success of Weber Grill is laughable...best restaurant, best outdoor dining, etc., etc. This is a moderately upscale BBQ spot. It doesn't belong in the dining experience (food, service and ambience) class as Tru, Charlie Trotter's, Trio in Evanston, Le Francais in NW burbs, Everest, Arun's, Topolobampo, Gabriele's in Highwood and Carlos in Highland Park. Let's add Ed Debevic's to the list as well!
PERFECT 10 – I ATE AT THE WEBER GRILL FOR MY BIRTHDAY LAST YEAR AND IT WAS THE MOST AMAZING MEAL I'VE EVER HAD. I ORDERED THE HORSERADISH CRUSTED SALMON AND GRILLED ASPARAGUS AND IT WAS TO DIE FOR. MY BOYFRIEND HAD THE PORK CHOPS AND HE OOED AND AAAHED THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE MEAL!
TERRIBLE!! – We had read the reviews, but took our chance anyway! I enjoy steak and do not mind paying a few dollars for a steak, but this is NOT the place ot be! The service was the WORST I have ever had and the when I finally got my "medium-rare" steak it was almost bruned it was so done. After deabting I asked the waitress to look at it and she said that is how they do Medium-rare---REALLY? The steak was OK but not worth the Money AT ALL! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!
