Ok these people are a joke. Just check them out on the Better Business Bureau's website. Their rating is F and they have 16 complaints in the last 3 years with 2 complaints closed in the last 1 year. I think that is enough for anyone to make a decision if they want to work with this company. Completely incompetent, horrible service and horrible customer service. If there was negative rating that is what I would give them. They do not even deserve 1 star. I hired the company and they made me prepay and sign a contract before ... read more

Happy with this company for now – My housekeeper disappeared about a month ago with no notice and hasn't answered her phone so in desperation I called We Clean America because I had received a coupon in the mail. I called them on Friday and arranged to have 2 cleaners come on Monday. They came today and although they were half an hour late, it didn't upset my day. I showed them as they were cleaning what I wanted done and they agreed in a way as if I was crazy to think I needed to tell them this. They did a great job. My hou... read more

absolute worst service!! – read the reviews on yelp. the reviews here are waay too kind of this horrible service. they ruined my property and wont take responsibiilty for the damages!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

We Clean America Sucks and Steals! – Terrible agency, they don't screen or train their employees (to be exact - independent contractors) and are not responsible for their actions. So all damages and theft - not their responsibility. Might as well get someone from a street to clean your house and carry out stuff with no consequences.. Manager Francisco is extremely rude and unprofessional - stay away from this company! I am surprised they are still in business..

Thank You ! – The couple that came was polite and understood English well. I had two areas of concern, and they addressed them perfectly. Items were moved and cleaned around. The only items not removed were the range guards on the stove, and I will simply inform them of this next time and it will be done.

I recently used We Clean America as a last resort...I contemplated due to all the bad reviews. But to my surprise, they werent bad at all. I was having a last minute get together and had no time to clean my home. To my surprise they were available on Sunday! Yes Sunday!! Wow! The person who took my call took a while to call me back. But apparently she was working by herself...but I was so happy to see that she can squeeze me in, in such short notice. I was skeptical but happy I called. We've used We Clean America for several months now. The first time two ladies came and did a terrific job. We were elated. The next time a different two ladies came. The one was rather surly when I tried to tell her what I wanted done, and they did a decidedly marginal job. So, I complained to the manager..citing very specifically what I expected and what I would not tolerate. Since then we've had the same couple who do a really superb !!! job. Used Them For years – I have been using We Clean America since March/2001 and have found the service to be great. I use them twice a month and find that there rates are the most competitive and they always can have a crew to my house within 24 hours with any special request. And there is nothing like having your laundry done and waiting for you all folded when you get home from work! Awesome Job – I have used this company to clean my home office for a few years and had several different crews arrive. As can be expected (for $70), the quality of the service is completely dependent on the crew. However, I have found a crew of 4 people that do excellent service. Yes, I will occasionally find an area that was missed...but I will more often be surprised to find they cleaned/tidied up areas I wouldn't have even thought of...this group is very professional and friendly and I highly recommend them.
