In addition, he suggested how we could maximize the cost savings through the Costco replacement program. This in addition to an excellent personality, super happy with the excellent service!
Professional, honest, and they have great customer service skills. Teaming up with COSTCO they’re able to provide the best deals for customers. Brian, was the gentleman that came out to my home and was very trustworthy and professional.

Terrible. First, they tried to charge me $1400 for a new thermostat. Bought my own at Home Depot. Called them to install. Destroyed my drywall left my thermostat hanging from my wall. Asked when they are gonna fix it. Blow me off for a week and I just got word they are sending a dry wall guy to fix it and they aren’t covering the bill. Now waiting to hear from Rachel who is no doubt, blowing me off as well. Terrible customer service Update; completely blown off by Rachel and their service manager.
