RecommendedWe Care installed central air conditioner and furnace at our house 10 months ago, we were promised a free maintenance in 6 months. When I called for the free maintenance, I was told I did not have one. I went back to the sales rep and he resolved it for me. But the appointment for this maintenance took another month. Our bathroom sinks were clogged and We Care answered their phone at night and had a Plumber at our house within the hour. Alex cleated our sinks within 30 minutes and even used cleaner to clean up under and around the sink. He was very professional and efficient.

I called four times for a breakdown of my bill (no separation for parts & labor) because I was charged over $500 for a 45 minute job. No response from anyone.
Jose was very thorough & extremely polite. He tried many avenues to correct the issue. In the end it was an issue with the appliance. Jose has a great attitude!
