RecommendedVery professional and knowledgeable. The problem with our AC unit was diagnosed quickly and they had the right part to install. I would recommend We Care to anyone needing AC service.
Although Chris’s was a very neat young man and he tried VERY hard to correct the problem with our AC unit, even though he was here over an hour, we were still left with a non-working system. When I called for repairs, I explained that my husband suffers from Parkinson’s and it is imperative that we have a functioning AC. I was told I would have to pay the higher rate because, although I called at 3:30, we wouldn’t be able to have a repairman out until “after normal hours”. Chris believes that the issue may be related to the work your husband performed when changing the electrical fuses. I would urge you to avoid We care Plumbing, Heating & air Inc. I write this as they have had terrible service in all respects: 1) they have done worse than terrible in the ability to install a working AC. 2) they are terrible in finding the problem. 3) they are terrible in the management department on returning phone calls. 4) they are good at telling you “we will have a supervisor call you back”… but don’t expect it. “We care” in their company name is NOT what I received!
