Received a quote of $632 from another company to replace our 20 yo Delta bath/shower valve, cartridge, trim, etc. using a pre-purchased Lowe’s kit. Dewey was able to fix my issue for just a fourth of that price after another quick Lowe’s trip to buy the right size cartridge. Recommendedmy wife and I saw the 20% cash card deal on costco and we immediately requested the consultation. the company responded and set the appointment up quickly. Brian Carr showed up, and he's a funny guy but very professional. unlike the other consultation/sales persons, he assesses our situation quickly and professionally, and recommends the products in our shoes. the installation gentlemen were very nice and professional too. overall it's very smooth process and we had a great experience with We Care guys:)
RecommendedI have been very happy with the service from We Care - because “they really do care”. The technicians are very polite and considerate of my home and property. They make recommendations and suggestions for improvements but there is no pressure. Their work was thorough and professional and when glitches or concerns come up (as they do with every company) they address and resolve any issues right away.

RecommendedMy toilet overflowed and was backing up into the bathtub. This got worse when my washing machine started draining and it too was overflowing the toilet and draining into the bathtub. I had quite the mess going on. I called We Care and within two hours Dewey was at my house. When he arrived everything was working again. He checked out all the bathrooms and sinks then he ran a camera through the system to determine what caused everything to back up. He provided us with some suggestions and quotes for possible work.
