the three worst low income apartments in the southeast area is ,22nd, huntington village and congress park I wouldn't recommend no one to apply for them,the maintenance is terrible, poor customer service you have to call cooperate to get things done in your apartment , but only sometimes,they focuse on making the outside look good but what about our apartments inside but y'all want us to pay rent

RecommendedI applied for Eagles Crossing,Fairway Park,Jetu,Garden Village,Shipley Park,Skyland,Wilmington Place and Washington View going on 2 weeks ago I'm just receiving a call back about Wilmington Place not having any available an application fee being refunded due to RentCafe still having available on they site when in fact it wasn't i'm in need of a apartment an would like to make my new move with WC Smith if someone can please get in contact with me or my husband i would really appreciate it.
I have been living in fungus and mold at Hillside Terrace apartments. The property manager has done nothing since ive told tgem in July 2018. It's now October and Lawrence Brooks at the main office has seen the fungus all over my everything and still has done nothing. This company is nice to get you in but when life threatening stuff happens like fungus and mold growing all over my furniture appliances and mine and my 13 year old asthmatic childs clothes they don't care
the property that i went to did deny me but they let me know what denied me(worthington woods). however because of the experience of garden village apartments they are very friendly and very helpful.
#wcsmith complexes continue to go down hill! It is really sad to know that because we're in a certain part of DC, the staff is ghetto, rude and obviously not trained in customer relations and management. No matter how many calls you place to headquarters nothing is done! I can't wait to move away from here! I mean really, I came home the other night and a new neighbor posted a sign stating "DO NOT KNOCK ON MY F&$%ING WINDOW". smh #ghettomanagement #ghettoneighbors #enoughisenough #sad
