I started with WB Mason back in January of this year everything was going good until earlier this month. I had placed an order on Wednesday Feb 7th and only received half of what I ordered then I placed another order that Friday the 9th that order I have yet to receive then on top of that someone from accounting called me and asked when was I paying the invoices and I politely said its not due yet I will pay them on the due date. I have used them for several years for office needs. My company recently moved and we cannot change the shipping address. I have been calling for two days, yesterday they had a high call volume and after waiting online for a little over a half hour I was hung up on by customer service. Today I used a different phone to make sure it wasn't the connection. I was hung up on 3 times today pressing 2 for customer service on ###-###-####. I am so done I need this item I am ordering by next Tuesday : ( ****** *********here I come
