Horrible customer service policy. Ordered an item, said it was in stock. Never came and the invoice said backorder. Asked for a delivery date and they couldnt produce one so I asked for a refund. Refunded cost of item but not the $10 shipping that I paid for the item that they didnt send or plan on sending. Never again.

Incomplete orders that need to be refunded/reordered and incorrect orders. Our delivery driver is so impersonal that they will sometimes avoid buzzing in and just drop orders off which sometimes results in left empty water jugs to collect. They only pick them up when delivering items, so it's not easy to correct. I like to support local and try to avoid Amazon when possible, but this is not worth it.

I ordered two dozen moving boxes in December 2020. After telling me they were backordered (where their web site did not indicate when I placed the order), the company then claimed weeks that they were delivered. After I told them I never received the delivery, I spoke with numerous customer reps who said they would process a refund. That never happened, so eventually I reported fraud to my credit card company and got my money back. First order with this company. Ordered online on 12/21 with next day delivery. Nothing, no order, no email, no telephone call on 12/22 although the website said delivery 12/22. On 12/23 the website site now says Expected Delivery 12/27. Called **************** and "apology, apology" yes it's normally next day delivery but we are shorthanded and your order should be out for delivery on 12/27! Should be? They never sent the item I purchased and then charged me for almost $100.00 After 60 days of calling and asking for a refund they have not refunded the charges.

NOTHING TO SAY ABOUT THEIR poor SERVICE THAT HASN'T ALREADY BEEN SAID stay away from this company, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

I have never dealt with such a poorly managed, unorganized business that can't get a simple item delivered. Numerous s**** *** with our account over the last couple years that we have used them. Most recent s**** up was over a $10 pack of dry erase markers. When our order was delivered the packing list said that our dry erase markers were in the delivery; they were not. I LOVE THEM! ****** ********* has been absolutely amazing. We had some issues, specifically with delivery, and she fixed it right away!
