With the Covid pandemic, there was a paper towel shortage in Long Island, NY. They were advertising these mega roll paper towels that were supposed to be incredible. I bought them. An hour later I realized that the price they charged was very highly inflated. I tried to cancel the order but there wasn’t any way for me to do that. They towels are shit quality and not worth $77.09 fir 20 rolls. Buy anywhere else but from them.

they stink... we are a vendor, after 8 emails to a/p all we get are excuses. "the salesman did not sign off", we dont have the purchase order you refer to, the supervisor is not here" They have a 2,016.33 balance that goes back to OCTOBER 2019 And it is not APRIL 2020. Terrible company to work with. Also, give quotes, salesman makes changes to more expensive items and denies the new quote. DONT WORK WITH THEM.

Their salesperson came by my office while I was away. After talking to my shop manager he apparently took my business card and used the information to set up an account. The only way to remove my email from their list was apparently to confirm my account - no unsubscribe link was provided. I had to call corporate headquarters to get the account deleted and supposedly my email. A month or so later I got an email of specials from the local rep. If I could give zero stars I would. Our company has worked with them for over 5+ years. We paid for two desk installations beginning of September 2019, it is now 11/27/19 and still only one desk. The installation crew told us on Day 1 that everything was wrong. What we were promised and paid for cannot happen and no refunds given but more quotes to make our vision work. Ordered an office chair more than a month ago. Had called 5 times, finally was told the chair is/has been in the warehouse, but it's too big to fit on the truck. IT'S AN OFFICE CHAIR! Then was told they are having trouble with truck/driver/other things. Have been waiting an additional week and have called multiple times each day. No assistance, no manager available. Still no chair. I will do everything in my power to ensure my company discontinues use of this vendor.

WB Mason has provided terrible customer service and constantly raises prices. We tried working with them and dealt with over 8 sales reps over the almost 3 years we continued to have issues with them. The shady sales people promised to "let us make things right" those were just empty promises. The best time we had with them was the first 6 months after the honeymoon phase was over we were just always getting the run around. This company intentionally "forgets" to issue credit for the $6 water bottle deposits. Every single month we had to call to fight for our bottle credits. No matter how many times we brought this problem up, it was only handled after several calls and messages. Do not do business with them. Untrustworthy. A class action suit should be filed against them.

I have had a terrible experience. I placed an order for water on 2/15/18. More than one week went by without a delivery. At that time I noticed algae in two of the five gallon bottles and the dispenser. After multiple phone calls, complaints, etc., and almost a month has passed, still no return phone calls or service call from the vendor.
