Excellent customer service at the order counter!! The beef is excellent! I will only eat grass fed beef and I asked the manager where they get it and if I remember correctly he said Michigan, he gave me the name of the company and city but I forgot!! My apologies. The bacon cheese fries are pretty good and so are the milkshakes!!

REVISED 7/6: Keith was so kind as to authentically care about my experience and make it right. He was thankful for my feedback and even offered me a gift certificate to try them again. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich along with the bacon and cheese fries. I highly recommend both and would definitely order it again! I also ordered a strawberry shake which was also delicious. My friends and I have had good experiences at the Torrington location, so we've tried out the Bristol location and the experience has just about been as good. The food is still excellent, some of the best fast food burgers and onion rings I've had anywhere. The shakes are also excellent, any flavor has been very good. Probably the only complaint I had is that the staff, while mostly helpful and friendly, sometimes have odd times of having weird behavior.
