I would normally recommend this place.. we just spent about 10 minutes waiting for the girl working the registers to hang up the phone to place our prefer, needless to say she never got off the phone talking about personal matters, never acknowledge that we were right in front of her to place an order. So we just left, glit is a shame because the food is awesome!

we've only been once...so far. they had the friendliest guys, both of whom obviously enjoyed the job and spoke highly of the company and the lady who owns the place. they were very knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendations on what to try, although I can't imagine a bad recommendation. the food was SO good. we don't do fast food often, but this was definitely one of my new faves!
Burgers are prepared fresh as they are ordered. Definitely makes for a better taste.
I waited from 6:08 to 6:50 for cold food and missing the grilled onions. This was my first and last time I go there

I had GIFT Certificate and a one dollar coupon. Told I couldn’t use two discounts. A GIFT CARD is NOT a discount!! Thus, I had the cashier run up our orders separately so I could use a gift card and a coupon. Then only got one of our orders. Had to reorder one of the meals after I was already done eating. Whole thing would have been avoided if cashier knew gift cards are not discounts. Someone paid for them and should be treated as cash. Please train your employees. UPDATE. They have stepped up to fix the mistakes of the past it's been excellent in 2019 the only thing is that the prices that went up a dollar or more should be brought back down to what they were I've been going here for 4years almost 5 this April shakes were 3.89 not 4.89I used to get cheese fries regular was 2.99 and full was 3.99 you will definitely get lots of customers maybe other restaurants can learn from you guys hope you guys stay for along time new owners well done!!!
