Made an order online (and they still messed yp), 3 burgers, fries, a milkshake and a salad. 2 of the 3 burgers were not made to order and my fries were not in the bag. I called the store and they would not help me unless I drove back in. I wasnt even asking for a full refund, just the things they left out. Too many clueless teenagers on one shift. 2 stars because the burgers, even tho wrong were good.

RecommendedI gush all the time about Wayback but I can’t help it! We work nights and love to come here for breakfast. Ben (I think that’s right) is an absolute angel and we are always so excited to see him in the mornings. Not only does he make us hot, fresh, delicious breakfast, but he is kind, warm, accommodating and wonderful. I hope he is always at this location because he is simply AWESOME!! Please let him know that he is appreciated and that he always makes our day! Way to go Wayback!!!

The food was very good, but they lost our order. We came in with a group of friends. They all got their food before us and I started to see people behind us getting their food. When I approached the counter I was informed that the printer has been acting up and not all were printing. We finally got our food after the rest of our group was finished and they still forgot a few of our items. I will never go to this location again.

Y’all make one heck of a cheeseburger. Can’t remember the last time i had a burger elsewhere because nothing else fits the wayback standards. Customer service is fantastic, that guy jake must be working hard. The owners go above and beyond to satisfy and help out everyone they can. Recommend to everyone i know;)

The staff and manager at Jakes works hard and goes above and beyond to keep the place running. As a dad of two High School employees there, I am disgusted of how the owners treat these employees. Let’s discuss the huge glass tip jar prominently displayed at the front of the register. The owners keep ALL of it. The kids and staff have never gotten the tips.
