Horrible. Took over 25 mins for a burger. And was still made wrong. I called my order in ahead of time bc I came In during lunch. There was 5 people in the store total 3 workers and the guy making the burgers seemed more concerned about his earbuds being on. Poorly ran store won’t ever go back

Used to love this place but experienced the new menu and hated it; they're moving away from what they were built on and going more mainstream. Don't think we'll be returning

Edit: I got certificates to use at the store. The owner is very awesome! The food was way better and I only waited 10 minutes this time. Truly a good place to eat! The service was so fucking slow. I waited 20 minutes for a double cheeseburger and macaroni bites. No one in front of me. The food was WAY to greasy and salty. Mcdonalds taste better then this shit. And its so damn expensive! $11 for this! I want my money back quite frankly.

My son finished the Triple triple challenge 2 years ago when he was 14 years old. Probably the youngest or near youngest to do so in the area. It was also the only time he was ever FULL in his teenage life!! Still, he won’t be doing that again.�. Always hot, fresh and never dry! Definitely top 3 burger joint in the area.

My grilled chicken sandwich was delicious and I loved the Chipotle Mayo and Buffalo Ranch sauces. Just because they have "Burgers" in the name doesnt mean you should sleep on their chicken sandwiches.My food was out quick too, which is what I love best about Wayback. I do lots of delivery orders for GrubHub, and I always get my deliveries quickly for my customers. They always compliment me on being quick but I have to give some of the credit to your friendly team for helping me get back on the road as soon as I get there.
