RecommendedI've ordered Way back via Grubhub twice now and have been completely satisfied. My order was made exactly to my request including care to avoid my allergens. The food came hot and I enjoyed every bite. I will definitely order Wayback when I crave a good burger.
Just waited over 30 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. Placed order at 7:36pm and food arrived at 8:06pm. We were two of a total of four customers on the restaurant. (2 parties of 2 people each). It appeared that the grill was only cooking one order at a time. The burgers were good. The fries were way over cooked and not fresh. I didn’t dare ask for fresh fries because I have things to do before next Tuesday. This is NOT a new problem. Worst service I've ever witnessed one employee continued to talk about a customer even after she left. I purchased a buffalo chicken sandwich and it was so tough I took two bites and threw it in the trash

RecommendedBurgers were good, need to work on the fries.
My parents told me to meet them at Wayback, and against my better judgment, I went. After half an hour with average store traffic my order hadn't been called. I guess they lost my order because it hadn't even been started. I should have asked for my money back right then. Almost ten minutes later I finally got my food in a to go bag when I had asked to eat in. Whatever. Took the bag and went home. What a surprise -- all my food is undercooked. So I've wasted my money. I won't be returning.
