This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax & I was so nervous. Everyone was super kind & willing to explain what it would be like. They also took the time to answer any questions I had. I'm very impressed with the result & cant wait to go back!

This was my first waxing experience so I was a little nervous but Alex put me at ease as soon as we met. I'm really happy with the results and glad I booked with her!
It was my first time at their facility and I enjoyed my experience. It's not my first time having a waving done though. Sarah was AMAZING she took her time and held conversation and eye contact. Normally my wax takes 15min at my "normal place" and here it does take about 30-40 minutes which is fine as she was very detailed about getting the hairs! I will definitely be back!

Love the ambiance of the shop. They provided wine and treats. Staff was well informed. Place was really clean. Private rooms and experience was overall a great experience for my first time. Will definitely return

It was m first time. I had Sonya and she was wonderful. She explained everything she did and what to expect. I got my legs done and some of the hair was short and broke off, but I know it will be better next time. I understand what to do. I can't wait to go back. Sonya is awesome!!

I have been getting waxed for 15 years. I tried Waxing the City after moving to Indy and it's the best waxing job I have ever had! No redness, bumps or irritation after. Highly recommended!
