First timer here. I had Jeri and she was absolutely incredible. very professional, informative, and friendly. I got a brow wax and tint. I love my results. can't wait to go back in another 4 weeks.

I took my very hairy 9 year old daughter here for an underarm wax. She hates pain, but she says she didn't even feel anything. The staff was extremely friendly and the establishment was clean and welcoming. We are definitely customers!!! I highly recommend this place!!!
I made an appointment to get my neck waxed. Get here on Saturday 10/10/20 and was told they can’t wax my neck. I guess by there terms it’s a beard and they don’t do beards and now I’m getting charged. It even says y’all do waxing under the jawbone on the website
I had a bad experience because all my hair didn’t come out. The waxer was talking badly about her boss during and it felt like a lot of drama
The owner, manager and all of the Cerologists are absolutely amazing here! I fully recommend going to see these lovely and professional ladies! I already miss them so much! 🖤
Tasha at Waxing the City is amazing! I have went through 4 different waxers since moving to Indy last year. And no one can compare to this girl! She is magic with tweezers! Haha!
Adrienne is the best! Her attention to detail is awesome and she’s also incredibly sweet!
The girls are great, I go once a month to get my eye brows waxed and they always do an amazing job!
