absolutely horrible!!! pd extra for dashboard protectant & all they did was wiped it down w the same rag as they we're wiping the outside of the vehicle. my cup holders weren't even touched!! spots all over the vehicle. windows have marks as well. i probably should of went back in & complained but didn't. lesson learned will NEVER be back there. smh.
Very disappointed! I dropped out a car to be detailed. I was called several hours later saying it was done. When I arrived the car was still filthy! I watched the managers direct the workers on the problem areas. Sad part was when I came to inspect it the car there was still tons of areas that had been missed. I was told if I wanted to wait even longer they could soak it and air pressure spray it. Well that should have been done originally!!! That’s why so brought it to be detailed to begin with. Bummed to have to write a review about a place I was recommended to go to by friends. I guess it was the out of state plates that got me the poor service. � bugs left all over front bumper and my cigarettes were missing out of the car too. Glad I took my wallet and phone in. The lady at the register was real nice. The spotty car that was supposed to be hand wiped down and the dirty bumper.... not so nice.
I generally have a good experience here, however today was different. I was screamed at for not pulling close enough to the car ahead of me. I typically like to leave about 5 feet of space between the car in front me, but I suppose this wasn’t close enough. The attendant was lacking customer service skills and I definitely don’t want to spend my money at a place that doesn’t appreciate it.
Absolute Best Car Wash anywhere ! I love taking my car to WAVES because it looks new when I pull away. Really nice people and fabulous service - I highly recommend !!
Sometimes it's worth the hassle of stopping off at a car wash when the lady at the register is always super friendly. The waiting area is pleasant and yes, the car wash and vacuum is worth the short wait.
I have taken my jeep there for over a year and the last time I took it there there was damage to my fender and I was told that it was a rock well a rock would put a dent this was not a dent and not in just one place so I will never take my vehicle there again
2nd time I been there and they did a lousy job. Thank goodness it was my free birthday washing. I don’t see myself going back there
Great customer service! They did a wonderful job cleaning my car!
