the roof of my truck is still dirty. the manager said it was what I paid for. I paid $40 and am highly disappointed. They lost a customer today.

Have been dealing with Waves Auto Spa for many years. Always get top quality service and results at a fair price from all their friendly employees. If you ever have an issue...just discuss it with them before you leave. They will fix it. Highly recommended!!!
Unbelievable. My mom and I have been going for years, we drive all the way from Port Saint Lucie, we went for what we always get: Everything but shampoo and wax. We pay ($35 like normal) and go shop around for the hour it takes. We get back, and they shampooed anyway and suddenly it went from $35 to almost $70. We were offered no reason why except “oh that’s what’s on your receipt” they charged us for an ultimate (which includes a wash) and ANOTHER WASH. they did nothing but get aggressive when we mentioned it to them and th... read more
