So disappointed been going here for years. I dropped the vehicle off with a $35 bill to come back an hour later to a $70 bill. I told them no shampoo they did wit anyway. When confronted they were rude and said it is what I ordered after specifically specifying I did not. And the car was not much cleaner inside or out and we discovered small stuff missing. 🤦🏻♀️ 65 dollars wasted. Didn’t even move the rugs in my car to vacuum or shampoo. Used to be a great service. Not sure what’s happening but the last few times it’s gotten worse and worse.

Took my grandmother to Waves Auto Spa yesterday to have her car serviced. Have to say I was very pleased with the sevice. From the moment we got out the car the young lady helped my grandmother out the vehicle and offered her assistance walking to the lobby, thank you ma'am. This was incredibly kind of you, you dont see such acts of kindness these days. The staff was polite and the car looked amazing, thank you for your services. We will be back! JC
An awesome car wash everytime!
The Wave is one of the best car wash experiences we have had and we highly recommend them. From Bill, the manager, to Christian, the detailer, we received wonderful personal attention. We had a few sunscreen spots on the seats, and Christian worked his amazing magic and removed them even though many had said it could not be done! We will return again and again!
