Have been going here since 2011. They have treated my Corvette's like the Queens they are. =0)
I have been going to Waves for over 7yrs . Have had every service available from complete wash to detailing on both my vehicles . (Ram 1500 & Corvette ) At one point when Vet appeared too low to clear conveyor owner recommended pulling it away and was done by them by hand . This type of concern for customers vehicle will keep me coming back. Outstanding and friendly service!
Horrible management and staff . Car wash was horrible wait time was horrible, quality was horrific. Oh yeah I had to rewash my car when I got home. Owner came out didn't even offer re do it ...
Went to waves and paid for the 33.00 wash. Wasn't too satisfied so we took my boyfriends car to classic and in the end his car looked worse than mine. However, he was given a free wash! Came home and finished cleaning it myself. Also, the lady behind the counter kept texting while I was waiting to pay... claims she wasn't sure If I was ready or not. When I'm staring at you, waiting for you to do your job, I'm ready!
