They are always great! They always are friendly. Best prices too!
Waves car wash is neither the fastest or the finest. After 45 minutes there was still dirt on the outside and they didn’t even attempt to wipe down the dashboard or instrument panel. Extremely poor job...
after spending over 43 dollars. I literally have to wash, vacume and wipe my car( literally feel like I've been robbed of my money). I'm not really sure what I even actually paid for. Extremely poor quality work. May I please have my ten dollar tip back? I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemie for laughs and giggles. This place is just horrid.
Always short handed and the employees don't take pride in their work. Maybe it's the moral or low pay. Doesn't matter, if you pay over $25 for a car wash your car shouldn't come back to you dirty. Never again!
Amazing Service! ! ! I took my car in for a full detail and wax and it was filthy, plus the paint is coming off in spots on the hood and roof. My kids had gum stuck on the back seat. It was terrible. They didn't blink an eye and even saved me some money since they couldn't wax the top. It looks AMAZING and new on the inside. THANK you SO much Waves! ! ! The price was super reasonable too. My husband is taking his in this weekend.
Their appointments are useless, don't bother. I called the day before and made an appointment for 8:30 and was told it would take 2 hours. I planned my day accordingly. When I got there, I was told the appointments are not like a restaurant and since there are cars ahead of me, it will be at least 3 1/2 hours. Based on the other reviews, perhaps it was a blessing. I'll be looking elsewhere.
