I highly recommend Waverly Station to anyone. The apartments are new, facilities are nice, any maintenance requests are handled promptly, parking is plentiful, neighbors are all respectful and the ladies in the office are FABULOUS! Zero complaints from my year living there! We moved from across the country and they made everything easy for us during the move in and the move out process.

We have been living here for 2 years! We had issues with the AC in our old apartment and some cable issues. Once I contacted Charity she handled everything that needed to be done. When we transferred apartments it was an easy transfer with the help of Charity. At the time of transfer we had a huge ordeal with Comcast which is in the process of being corrected. Other then that I have no complaints about Waverly Station!
We couldn't drink the water because it would grown mold within a day and even the maintenance man said it was unsafe, the washer never worked in the 6 months we lived there, the A/c broke twice. There were always bugs everywhere despite them supposedly spraying. The whole place smelled like smoke. If you complain about how loud the neighbors are they tell you to solve it yourself. It's the most horrible place to live- looks are VERY deceiving.
Headlight restoration on vehicles $25 and I will finish them in on day come by garage number 32 and by building 11 see Charlie
Our first few months weren't too bad. But, then we had continuous issues with our dryer. It took over a year to straighten out because the dryer duct was roofed over and the hot air had been blowing into the attic space. Days later our AC broke. Then we were "randomly" picked for an inspection. Now we have yet again ANOTHER inspection next week. I'm over it. I wish we had never signed our second lease.
