RecommendedThis complex is great. I have lived here for 4 years and have had no major issues. Front office is nice and helpful, and maintenance is taken care of quickly. Amenities are clean and taken care of. It might be a tad more expensive than some of the other apartments around Pooler, but definitely worth the quality of living.

I have lived at a few properties in the area and this by far has been the best one. The easiest application process, the nicest most accommodating staff, and the most efficient maintenance team. It’s a very safe cozy neighborhood tucked right at the front of the highlands. Easy access to 95, 80, and pooler parkway. The neighbors are friendly and the amenities are definitely luxury worthy. This is a great place! My son and I visited from Albany GA, and we were so impressed with everything. We enjoyed walking to the ponds and enjoyed the fountains. The pool and the playground were awesome. I love that they provide a car wash and pet wash station for the residents - that is so cool! I would highly recommend this complex for any family/couple and/or single resident.
The office staff is amazing !! I love them !! They’re so friendly, make me feel at home!! I highly recommend this place !! So many smiling faces🥰 so clean. I’ve lived here for a few months, maintenance is always there when I need them !!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ❤️
I would highly recommend this apartment complex. I enjoy living here and it’s convenient. It is a pet friendly place and I love the fact that I can raise my kids in an environment like this. The staff here are impeccable and they have a profound knowledge of Greek mythology. Thank you for everything you do waverly team.
