RecommendedWe've lived here since 2011, in 4 different apartments because the size of our family grew. Can't say enough positive things about the office and maintenance staff. In 8 years we have not had one issue they couldn't resolve almost immediately. Thank you, Patricia, Paola, Ray, Grover and everyone else for everything you do for your residents!
My Fiancé and I have lived here for about two years now and we really do enjoy how convenient everything is from the friendliness of the staff in the office to the beautiful new clubhouse amenities. Last night our water heater burst while we were sleeping and right away Ray the maintenance manager came and knocked on our door to stop the water and he dried up our apartment so fast. They have an excellent maintenance department headed by Ray. respond promptly and courteously to correct an issue.
This week I called the office and needed both toilets looked at..... Well I have always said Ray is the best.....all issues fixed efficiently and promptly!!!!Thank You Ray!!!
Since I been living here it’s been great no complaints. I had a water pipe/ac leakage. I called maintenance OMG Ray came in within 3 mns I’m not joking. He Fixed the problem!! now I can sleep with no worries. I’m always shocked how quick he is🤣I thought I would b here from someone tmrw because it’s late but no. this apartment and the people that works here are amazing. If u decide to rent here u won’t regret it. Thank you very much.
I have lived at this place for almost 3 years, and in that time I've come to know the people who work here. They are some of the hardest working, and kindest people.. most Expessially Ray, who saved my dog who had gotten out of my apt and was long gone by the time I saw the door was popped open. after almost losing my mind, I went looking in my car. and found this man Ray, had heard my calling off my dog and went and found him close to the main road and called him to return with him to me. This week I called for repair of my shower faucet which was leaking. To my surprise Ray, the maintenance man, came to my appointment soon after my call, I believe it was within an hour after I had phoned the Waverley office. Ray fixed my problem in minutes and I find he has such a great ability to do so every time he has come to my apartment. He makes my day being so capable!
Called on Sunday morning because AC wasn't working and Ray was over and had it working an hour later! Great service
