5 Starts⭐ for all the staff we enjoy living here you guys make that happen. We have been here for 5+ years now and we love it. We love the staff and Patricia in the office. Everytime we need anything fixed in our apartment. Ray makes sure things get done right and on time. He is every friendly always saying hi to the kids. He just doesn't come in and not talk. It's nice to know that we have great staff that our kids can feel comfortable with in our neighborhood and home. Thanks Ray
We had a sink leak and we had to replace the disposal and we got and excellent, professional and quick service from Ray and Luis. We really appreciate their job and we thank you so much guys. You are by far great!
The office staff and maintenance team are great! Paola is very helpful😊 It’s a great place to raise your children as well💜
Paola was amazing she helped me and my girlfriend from start to end its our first apartment and I couldn't have asked for better help. she set up not only my fpl but she helped me figure out the best way to set up my payments. and the apartment is very very nice, clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood.

waverley maintenance comes out immediately, Ray and Lou always take great care of me and my family. 5/5 stars
The maintenance team here is amazing! My water heater was leaking and the gentleman was here within 20 minutes. Changing a water heater takes some time but he was done in about two hours which was perfectly fine with me. Even though it was a Saturday and most of the staff is off the maintenance gentlemen was here quickly and was very efficient and nice. Thank you very much for the efficiency!
