RecommendedChristmas came early for me! Called maintenance for a stove issue and Ray noticed my stove was in pretty sad shape so he was able to get me a new one he said it would be there the following Mon and it was! Him and Louis installed it they were fast and efficient the whole maintenance staff at WP is awesome
My aunt had an issue with her water heater last week and Ray and Luis showed up in an efficient amount of time and got it all taken care of!! The staff here have been amazing, especially the maintenance team!
We had a leak in our air conditioner and called the office, Ray Lao came right away and put in a dryer and fixed the leak quickly. He was very kind and efficient. 😁

To whom it may concern, I was without power for 34 days for a reason that was out of their hands but I will like to thank Patti, Ray and Paola for keeping me update on the status of the work, for supporting me and hearing me out when I was upset. Couldn’t have done this without you guys. Again thank you so very much to all the staff at waverley place apartments that love to help me out.
I would like to give special thanks to the office staff and maintenance Patty Mark and Paola are awesome in the office and the maintenance team led by Ray Lewis Grover Gil and Joel are an awesome team they get things done around here quick and clean
I have been living here for about 5 years now . Very friendly, quiet and a great community to live in. A few weeks back we had a problem with our AC unit, called the office and the work was dealt with right away . Big thanks to Ray for getting our AC back up and running smoothly. Also S/O to Grover very good guy also.
The atmosphere of the community is so inviting they are always doing things for the residence that just make you feel welcome to the community
