RecommendedReally want to Thank Ray so much for working so quickly to get my A/C working! he explained that the whole outside unit had to be replaced I told him not to worry about it since it is Sunday that it was fine with me for them to come back tomorrow (Monday) to change it but he did not take No for an answer he made sure the unit was replaced and ready to go in less than 2 hrs of my request being sent . The Maintenance team here is GREAT !!!

I've been living here for a year now and it is a great place, always quiet and calm. The only issue we ever had was with our a/c unit and Ray and Luis were here within minutes, figured out the problem and had me back up and running cool in no time. They explained everything that was wrong. Great guys
We have been living here for over a month and absolutely love it. It is kept very clean and is quite. The apartments are very nice inside and out. We have only had two very small problems occur. One was the ac and one being the fridge. It just so happened they both occurred on days the office and staff were off. However, Ray from Maintenance, came right over immediately. Waverly place has an amazing crew of maintenance men. Ray and Grover have been very dedicated to making Waverly Place a safe, functioning, and clean environment to live in, for years. This week Ray has fixed our bathroom doors as well as our kitchen stove. Thank you Waverly place maintenance team!
I must say my A/C unit went out and of course it was hot and it was the weekend but Ray did whatever he could to make sure that I was comfortable and brought in fans so we can stay cool thank you Ray
