No respect for rights of tenants If negative 5 stars was an option, I would choose that. David Watts is a property manager there who blatantly violated my rights under the Alabama Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act as well as several articles of his own professional code of ethics as a Certified Property Manager. If you want to receive the respect you deserve as a tenant and have your rights upheld, do yourself a favor and never rent from this company. (Edited June 10, 2018)
