I wouldn’t recommend this company to a dog. They are con artist & taking advantage of people. I applied a few years ago to Sevielle Apartments in Hueytown (Bessemer) paid the $50 application fee, got denied & told my apartments I was living in denied me. I spoke to the apartments I was living in at that time & was told they didn’t deny me or provide any negative information to the company regarding me. I wish I could give them a ZERO. Watts Realty Company, Inc is out here playing in people's face. They just tried to rent a place full of roaches and the place look like trash. The fridge was full of roaches and stove look like cracked was cooked. My auntie Marie Lolo try to do business with them. Look at the fridge and cabinets.
I had a deeply frustrating experience with Watts Realty, particularly with David Watts. The handling of my issue with my landlord was extremely poor, and it felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. I anticipate a defensive response that will likely shift blame onto me, which only highlights their lack of customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Watts Realty or David Watts.
Watts Realty company is the worst realty company there is in this State. They do not maintain their properties. The apartment my family member lived in was in the black area of town. The walls had mold and mildew that caused breathing issues for my family member. Mice were constantly coming inside the apartment through the holes in the walls and floor. As an owner of Multiple Rentals in the Birmingham area, I have found the Watts Team to be extraordinary in how they are handling our Properties. After talking to other property owners that they represent, we switched to Watts from a less than satisfactory property management company in the Area.
