This is the worse company!!! They are over my apartments and they never come out to fix ANYTHING! They don’t come check filters, do pets control, nor do they come to clean up the parking lot! The parking lot is full of trash and smells awful. The dumpers is stinky and they don’t bother to make sure it gets dumped. So many people have moved due to their irresponsible negligence. they screw you over by approving you application then wait till the day you need to sign the lease an call an tell you no. they called me on the 27th an I uave to move no later than the 30th. they screwed me over to bad an leaving me only a few days to find somewhere else for me and my baby to live!

No respect for rights of tenants If negative 5 stars was an option, I would choose that. David Watts is a property manager there who blatantly violated my rights under the Alabama Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act as well as several articles of his own professional code of ethics as a Certified Property Manager. If you want to receive the respect you deserve as a tenant and have your rights upheld, do yourself a favor and never rent from this company. (Edited June 10, 2018)
Worst experience with a landlord or rental manager in my 33 years of existence.
We have leased office space from Watts Realty for more than a decade and they are a GREAT landlord.
