Arrived on a Saturday morning. Greeted by a very friendly staff. I had fallen and wanted to be sure I had no broken bones. I was accessed right away and taken back for X-rays. Dr. Gregory was very informative about what I needed, X-rays were completed, no broken bones but meds prescribed for pain and swelling. All of this was completed within thirty minutes. Cannot stress how friendly the staff was. Thanks to all of you! Dr. Gregory, keep up the good work !
The doctor listened to all of my concerns and took me seriously which was very appreciated. The doctor and nurses were all very kind. The waiting room and offices were very clean as well. We were in and out very quickly. Highly recommend this office as a first choice

I went in for ear and throat pain and I had my two kids with me. The doctor and nurse that took care of me were very patient with my children and myself. They were also very quick to get me seen and to get a diagnosis. Made a game plan and had me out the door! I would highly recommend Watson to anyone seeking an urgent care that actually cares
This is the only urgent care facility that I would go to. Great Doctors and nurses that really care. The Best in Lakeland.
