I got 2 shots from watson clinic in december, flu and pneumonia. They charged me over $600.00 for these 2 shots that I could have gotten for free from Walgreens. I have tried many times to talk to someone, all I get is "your insurance did not cover it", I even stated this is excessive even for the insurance company. All I get is a run around. In November I will have medicare and unfortunately, I will be forced to seek out new providers as I can not afford watson clinic, I am not sure who can.

Glad I came here to read the reviews. I have tried to get into Watson Clinic for specialty care, its impossible to get through to speak with someone and when you do its a call center. And then trying to get an appointment feels like you're trying to break into Fort Knox. You can't get anywhere. After reading the reviews here, probably a good thing that I have not succeeded in landing an appointment. Too much hassle when you're trying to get needed help to improve your help. The stress dealing with this outfit can't be ... read more

Watson Clinic has had a monopoly on Lakeland for quite some time. Medical facilities are supposed to disclosed pricing; Watson clinic as absolutely refused to do this. Due to this failure on their part to disclose the pricing I received a bill I felt I did not owe. Basically I was told by Watson Clinic to bad for you.....I refused to pay the bill. Now I am being blackmailed to pay the bill; by Watson clinic refusing to provide care for me. But; it's all okay because they are not a monopoly any longer and I will take my bu... read more

Long time patient. Receptionist and her management wouldn't allow walk-in shots with almost 5hours available wait time. After complaining to the patient advocate I learn I had other issues that could have been straighten out during this wait time. However the power to say no was more important than helping the patient to get back on there shot schedule or getting orders updated. No longer a patient. Go luck getting help. They can be johnny on the spot when it come to collecting money. If I get to see Bill I'm lucky before th... read more

Having been a patient of Dr. Patrick and the Watson Clinic Dermatology since 2010, I had not seen Dr. Patrick for a couple of years. When I called to set up a routine skin check I was told that they were backed up for over a year. A few months later I developed a small black growth which concerned me as a possible melanoma. I was very concerned since I had previously had skin cancer that required hospitalization and surgery. When I called Dr. Patrick's office I was told that I could not be seen by him but he has assist... read more
