Ladies! This is not a topic discussed much, but needs to be. Pelvic floor physical therapy. I am so grateful to my gynecologist who recommended this after my hysterectomy. Ashley, my physical therapist, was fantastic, encouraging and supportive throughout the process. Ashley explained that pelvic floor physical therapy can also help with stress incontinence, prolapse, and other problems associated with menopause or even childbirth.
