I have had mixed experiences here so far. If you need an answer right away drive to the office and talk to someone at the desk they will help you much quicker than a phone call.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. The voicemail inboxes say if calls are received before 3pm, you’ll receive a call back that day. If calls are received after 3pm, you’ll get a call back by 11am the next day. I can attest this is either a flat out lie or Dr. Paul Champino’s medical team is terrible at their job. We cannot get the appropriate follow up help or medication from this clinic after the initial treatment failed. Also—be aware that their phone lines can’t be reached after 4pm.
