If you ever have a problem, they will make it miserable for you to get somebody on the phone who can actually help you. Their patient services and medical records call teams are incredibly frustrating, unhelpful and contradictory. Even if you have a good medical provider, I do not recommend this clinic and its clinic structure in the event you have any kind of issues more than scheduling an appointment.

I had an unpleasant experience with someone named Daisy in the Scheduling Department at Watson Clinic. At the beginning of our conversation, her tone was very rude and disrespectful, and I did not feel that I was being treated with the level of courtesy and professionalism that a patient should expect. I understand that employees may have busy or stressful days, but the way a patient is spoken to matters.
