If this is how they run their practice, I'm glad they never responded to my referral (twice). They can't locate paperwork, even when it's sent multiple times. After talking with their office on multiple occasions, they have never called back. This 'clinic' is just a money-grubbing operation.
i paid up front, then a month later i pay the amount they told me to pay and now today i have to pay more and oh by the way it's late? how can you do busy like this?
I normally love this location however when I came to check in today I noticed one of the employees sitting on the floor behind the desk having a personal conversation and that didn’t seem very professional for me. Other than that this location is lovely!
