This company took advantage of an elderly couple by putting a “bandaid” on a seriously defective furnace. The couple was charged over $800 the first visit and then another $70 the second visit (within a week) 3 wks later the furnace was out again. This time an independent repair company was called to replace the furnace, turns out it was badly cracked and considered dangerous.
I wanted a high quality furnace, air conditioner, and whole-house humidifier to replace my 30 year old system and Watkins Heating and Cooling provided an impressive and efficient system that we are extremely happy with . What sold me was the technician bonuses for quality and service not how fast they get done so they make sure that they do it right and then someone comes out and checks the work to make sure it's right and you are satisfied
