Furnace went out. Less than 1 hour from time of call until Scott the seviceman arrived. ( At 11 pm on a Friday night.) He was very informative and helpful. Turns out we needed a new furnace. He came out Saturday morning and took measurements and gave us our options. They even had an installer who was willing to come in on the weekend to install it. The employees at this company care about people and about servicing them. I would never use anyone else. Never have I been SO impressed with a service company. Not only is the front office staff always amazingly friendly & on top of it (excellent communication) but their technicians are top notch! Especially Josh Moody. Great guy who goes above & beyond...fantastic recommendations & really knows his stuff. Love the service plan...just saved me over $800 on a repair. Watkins gets my highest recommendation!

I went to work Friday and furnace was not working. I called watkins and marty came down in about 20 min. Thermostat was out. The wire to it was original and very brittle. So for our safety he took the time to run new wire. Thank you thank you Olde south hair designs
