I have an old furnace that I can’t afford to replace just yet and Watkins has been there for me to help fix the problems with it. Just call them when the furnace goes out and they call you right back. Great service, super friendly. I’m definitely going with Watkins when I decide to replace this old furnace.
Furnace was not working at 9 pm at night. Tech was here and had the furnace working by 11pm. Office receptionist so very nice.
Had some concerns about our furnace. Gave this company a call and they had someone out to me 3hrs later (wow!) Friendly receptionist, speedy service, excellent communication from the technician Brian and yay for no furnace issue!! I would highly recommend them!
