I wish every experience I had with a company was as wonderful as it has been with Watkins. We had a complete HVAC replacement, and they did a fantastic job. Kevin and Will were fantastic to work with, even though I was working from home while they were here, they made very little disruption. They were efficient and very polite. They went above and beyond fixing an issue we had with an existing thermostat, and cleaned up their work area perfectly. I am so very happy that I chose Watkins to do this project.
After multiple estimates, we decided on Watkins based upon their inspection and knowledgeable presentation. No other company provided the detail Ben Freeman did. We had our new Trane system installed yesterday. Installation was seamless. The Installers (Raphael and Larry) were consummate professionals. Our new system is so quiet.
