It's is good community but utility charges really too high .Actually community has sub meter company which creates its own bill,Which really has too many unwanted charges.There are $ 70-80 service charges only.Summer's average utility bill is 200-220 and in winter it bumps up to 350-400.Apartment are old need maintenance now and then . I would like to give average rating since there are only few communities in the town and others are below average.
