My only complaint are the high energy bills. They combine water and electric and I’m paying between $280-$350 a month year round. We have a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. I get charged over $125 a month for water alone. I have friends with houses that don’t pay that quarterly. All appliances are way overdue for upgrades too. Nice size apartments and the pool and dog park are great perks. Maintenance does a great job.
I sincerely love living here. I know the rent seems high but considering the savings that come with moving in, I could literally not be happier. My German Shepherds are welcome here. They have a nice large dog park which is WONDERFUL because we came from a house. This is the first "apartment" that we have lived in many, MANY years. Awesome staff!!! Great maintenance team!!!Great place to live!!!! Friendly atmosphere! Feel totally safe here!!!
They will find every way to screw you over and take your money. They never answered their phones when we had questions or concerns. Not to mention times we couldn't even be there due to the AC breaking and the apartment being close to 90 degrees. I strongly suggest not living here
